Our regular customer from Africa asking for steel wire used in the wire buckle machine bought from us
Because we are manufacturing and exporting the composite cord strapping buckle machine so the customers sometimes ask for supplying of steel wire
The steel wires are made from midium carbon spring steel
After cold drawing two times or more the steel material rods are formed as required diameter and much higher tensile strength
For example if we use 45# steel rod as raw material after two times of cold drawing the tensile strenth increases up to > 950 Mpa
or from 55# steel rod up to > 1350 Mpa.
As in the case of thickness 4.0 mm for 19 mm buckle application
the above 4.0 mm diameter wire will finally used in the buckle machine for 19 mm as shown below video
