Customer from Mexico asking for high tensile steel coil slitter

Because the customer wants to slit the high tensile steel roll for making wood band saw themselves

 

Usually the tool steel is high tensile so the slitter machine should be equipped with better device for slitting the hard steel coil

Below is one of the machines which can slit high tensile steel coil with a range of thickness of 0.8--1.67 mm while the maximum width is 450 mm

The video of machine testing for other customers is shown below as a reference who needs high tensile slitter to slit harder steel coils

 

In the case of the Mexican customer the steel model is SAE 1075 high carbon steel strip for wood band saw blade
